The live-in House Parent will reside in a Society-owned home and take on a primary parenting role, providing children with consistent, nurturing care, everyday family routines, and a safe, stable home where they can build trust, develop life skills, and thrive.
Responsibilities include:
• Living with the children and taking on primary parenting role.
• Providing daily care, guidance, and consistent family routines.
• Creating a safe, stable and nurturing home.
• Supporting children’s emotional well-being, development, and life skills.
• Building deep, trusting relationships so you know each child, recognize when something is different, and understand what helps them feel safe and supported.
